Everything has gone perfect. I had a healing tibial plateau fracture at the time of surgery that healed. I have been in normal sinus rhythm since surgery with no erratic beats. I feel much sharper mentally and nap much less than pre surgery.No coumadin. I may be the first person in Seattle to have the Maze for AF, as far as I can determine. My wife and I are very pleased and will refer anyone with AF symptoms to the Maze Exchange and to knowledgeable medical persons. I too think The Cleveland Clinic is very effecient and a very good place to go for heart surgery, especially the Maze.
